I would like to apologize for the tardiness of this issue of The Reaction Times.  I realize some of the information contained in this issue may be dated to some of you.  Trying to get all of the information in a timely manner can be difficult at times.  In the future I hope to have a spring, summer, fall, and winter edition of the Newsletter instead of having it completed at the beginning of each quarter. This will allow me more flexibility to gather information and get it to you in a timely manner.  Thank You, Eric D. Rauch
