Altenbern, CCP and Michael Gough, CCP.

- Excellent meeting-equal to or surpassing quality of many national meetings.
- I enjoyed attending the meeting. The presentations were professional and timely. Keep up
the good
work.
- I was very impressed by the content, quality, and structure of the spring 1998 meeting.
- This is probably one of the best educational forums that we have for a very very low
cost to everyone
involved.
2. In an effort to seek new methods for informational exchange, the WPS Board is
currently investigating the development of a web site for the Society. The initial
development costs will range between $1,200 to $1,700, and annual maintenance fees will be
$580 thereafter. Does the membership see a need for a WPS web site and should we support
such an endeavor using WPS dollars currently available?

- No better place to refer legislators to. Makes membership connect with the WPS. Great
way to stimulate perfusionists in other states. Raise with fund drive and matching vendor
funds.
- There are quite a few web sites for perfusion already out there. Most are just that,
sites which a majority of info is links to other sites. I don't think we need another one
out there.
- This is an excellent way to keep the communication lines flowing. We would be able to
gain insight from perfusionists world-wide and vice versa.
- We need it but I don't see a problem with asking vendors to contribute in exchange for a
link to their own home page. Links only, not advertisements.
