![]() President Michael Gough, BS, CCP, LP Graduated from MSOE in 1991 with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and completed the Certificate in Perfusion program that same year. He has been a clinical perfusionist with Infinity Heart Institute since that time. He also is an associate professor at MSOE as well as a clinical instructor for the M.S. in Perfusion program. Michael was elected WPS President in 2004 and serves on the nominations/ elections committee and chairs the legislative task force. He worked for a private contract group in Illinois before joining St Mary’s Hospital, Madison, Wisconsin, in July of 1996. David has been a member of the Wisconsin Perfusion Society since 1996. He has functioned as the Membership Committee Chair for the Society since 2000. E-mail at malkow@charter.net Treasurer Secretary Board Member at Large Tom has been a perfusionist for over 20 years and a 1984 graduate of MSOE in Biomedical Engineering Technology and Perfusion. Tom was employed as a perfusionist in Michigan for 15 years and involved in both adult and pediatric heart procedures. Tom joined the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in 1999 as the Chief Perfusionist and was instrumental in organizing the ECMO program. He has also obtained a Capstone Certificate in Clinical Research at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. He has been a member of WPS since 1997. “The Wisconsin

The society has had many years of outstanding educational
opportunities, as well as great leadership that lead to state licensure.
Perfusion is changing in many ways and I look to aid the society to
