Call for 2026 Program Director

The Wisconsin Perfusion Society is seeking a Program Director to lead the development of the educational agenda for our upcoming 2026 annual conference. This is an exciting opportunity to shape an event that serves as a platform for learning, networking, and professional growth for perfusionists across the region.
 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Curating a diverse and relevant scientific program

  • Reviewing and selecting submitted abstracts

  • Coordinating with speakers, panelists, and moderators

  • Collaborating with the conference planning committee

  • Ensuring CEU requirements are met for attendees

  • Overseeing the schedule and flow of educational sessions
     

Ideal Candidate:

  • Active Class A Member

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Committed to advancing the perfusion profession

Call for Abstracts

The Wisconsin Perfusion Society invites you to submit an abstract for presentation at our upcoming annual conference. This event brings together perfusion professionals, students, and industry partners to share innovations, case studies, research, and experiences that advance the field of cardiovascular perfusion.
 

We welcome abstracts in the following categories:

  • Clinical Case Studies

  • Original Research

  • Quality Improvement Initiatives

  • Pediatric or Adult Perfusion Techniques

  • ECMO and Mechanical Circulatory Support

  • Education and Training

  • Equipment and Technology Innovation
     

Presentation Formats:

  • Oral Presentation (20 minutes + Q&A)

  • Poster Presentation
     

Submission Guidelines:

  • Abstracts should be no more than 300 words.

  • Include title, author(s), and affiliation(s).

  • Specify desired presentation format (oral or poster).

  • Indicate if this is a student submission.
     

Deadline for Submission: March 1st, 2026
