Meet The Team
Kirsten Kallies MS, CCP, LP
President
Kirsten graduated from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in 2002 with a B.A. in German Culture and Philology. She continued her education at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, earning her B.S. in 2006 and her M.S. in Cardiovascular Perfusion in 2008. Kirsten is currently employed at Waukesha Memorial Hospital in Waukesha, Wisconsin through the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She has been teaching in the MSOE Perfusion Program since 2009 and has served as the MSOE Clinical Program Director since 2011.
Jennifer Anderson MS, CCP, LP
Vice President
Jennifer graduated from the Milwaukee School of Engineering in 2012 with B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and continued on to earn her M.S. in Perfusion in 2014. Jennifer is currently employed as a Perfusionist at Children’s Wisconsin. She also currently serves as both a didactic and a clinical instructor of perfusion in the MSOE Perfusion Program.
Megan Roethle MS, CCP, LP
Secretary & Vendor Liason
Megan graduated from MSOE in 2013 with a B.S. in Nursing and began her healthcare career as a nurse in the Cardiac ICU at Children's Wisconsin. She then pursued her M.S. in Cardiovascular Perfusion at MSOE and graduated in 2017. Megan is currently employed as a perfusionist at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin and has also served as a didactic instructor in the MSOE perfusion program since 2019.
Natalie Stocke MS, CCP, LP
Treasurer
Natalie graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire with a B.S. in Kinesiology 2017. She then continued her education at Arizona State University, where she earned her M.S. in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2019. This led Natalie to pursue a career in Perfusion at MSOE, where she graduated in 2021. Natalie is currently employed as a Perfusionist at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.
Jeff Edwards CCP, LP
Board Member at Large
Jeff received his B.S. in Biology from Marquette University and attended Perfusion school at the University of Iowa. Jeff is employed as a Clinical Perfusionist at the Marshfield Clinic in Marshfield, Wisconsin and has served on the Wisconsin DSPS Perfusion Licensing Board since 2011.

Matthew Tittl MS, CCP, LP
Webmaster & Registrar
Matthew graduated from Marquette University in 1996 with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and earned his M.S. in Perfusion from MSOE in 2002. Matthew began his Perfusion career in Louisville, Kentucky before returning to Milwaukee three years later to work with the Midwest Heart Surgery Institute. Matthew is currently employed with the Advocate Aurora Medical Group in Milwaukee, which serves St. Luke’s Medical Center and Aurora Medical Center Grafton.
Bailey DeSander MS, CCP, LP
Student and Scholarship Liason
Bailey DeSander earned her B.S. in Nursing from Saginaw Valley State University in 2021 and her M.S. in Perfusion from the Milwaukee School of Engineering in 2024. Previously a nurse on an NSTEMI/STEMI unit, Bailey has a strong background in acute cardiac care. Inspired by her grandfather’s heart transplant in 2010, she is dedicated to providing the same level of compassionate care that gave her own family more quality time together. She currently works with Advocate Aurora Medical Group, serving both St. Luke’s Medical Center and Aurora Medical Center Grafton.
