2026 Ballot Inclusions:

President:  

Incumbent: Kirsten Kallies MS, CCP, LP

 

Duties and Responsibilities include: 

• The President shall be the principal executive officer of the Association and shall in general supervise and control all of the business and affairs of the Association.

• The President shall preside at all meetings of the members and the Officers.

• The President may sign with the Secretary or any other proper officer of the Association authorized by the Officers, any deeds, mortgages, bonds, contracts, or other instruments which the Officers have authorized to be executed, except in cases where the signing and execution shall be expressly delegated by these bylaws or by statute to some other officer or agent of the Association.

• In general the President shall perform all duties incident to the office of President and other duties as may be prescribed by the Officers.

 

Secretary: 

Incumbent: Megan Roethle MS, CCP, LP

 

Duties and Responsibilities include: 

• Keep minutes of all meetings of the Officers and members.

• Give all notices in accordance with the provisions of the bylaws or as required by law.

• Be a custodian of the Association records, keep a register of the post office address of each officer and member.

• Performs all duties incident to the office of Secretary and those assigned by the President or Officers.

 

Board Member at Large: 

 

Duties and Responsibilities include: 

• Carry out special projects in the interest of the society as requested by the Executive Committee

***Each term is 2 years. Nominees must be Class A members (Wisconsin perfusionists). Self nominations are accepted.
